Circle LLP acted as lead counsel to Mobinius Africa Limited on the application, award and operationalisation of its Application-to-Person licence from the Nigerian Communications Commission.
The engagement covered the licensing process and the legal work associated with putting the licence into operation. Circle LLP supported the company across those stages, bringing together regulatory licensing advice and the requirements of establishing operations under the awarded licence.
